Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your timepiece. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The watch must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with protective films intact.
  • Original brand packaging, tags, box, and invoice must be included.
  • An unboxing video is required for damage or wrong product claims.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to the original source account within 3 to 5 business days after quality inspection.
  • COD Orders: Refund will be initiated via UPI transfer or direct Bank Transfer (NEFT) once product is received and verified.
