Before Dispatch

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
• Full refund will be processed immediately to original payment method.

After Dispatch

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled directly. You may reject the delivery at your doorstep or apply for a return post-delivery as per our Return Policy.
